GREEN PASTURES FUNYARD – RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Company Name: Green Pastures Funyard Phone: 478-394-3722 Email: info@greenpasturesfunyard.com These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between Green Pastures Funyard (“Company”) and the customer (“Renter”) upon booking any inflatable or related equipment. By renting from Green Pastures Funyard, you agree to abide by the following: 1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT 1. A non-refundable deposit of [$100.00] is required to reserve equipment for your event date. 2. Remaining balance is due upon delivery or 48 hours before event. 3. Reservations are first-come, first-served and confirmed only upon receipt of deposit. 2. DELIVERY & PICKUP 1. Delivery and pickup times will be arranged in advance. Renter must be present at delivery to review safety rules and sign paperwork. 2. The setup location must be a flat, cleared area free of sharp objects, debris, pet waste, overhead wires, and low-hanging branches. 3. Green Pastures Funyard reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe, without refund. 3. SAFETY & SUPERVISION 1. Adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use. 2. Renter agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Green Pastures Funyard. 3. No flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, or rough play allowed. 4. No shoes, food, drinks, candy, gum, or sharp objects in/on the inflatable. 5. Limit the number of participants inside based on the unit’s capacity rating provided by the Company. 4. WEATHER POLICY 1. For safety, inflatables must not be used in rain, lightning, strong winds (over 15 mph), or severe weather. 2. Renter must immediately turn off and deflate the inflatable during unsafe conditions. 3. If the event is canceled due to weather before delivery, deposit may be applied to a future rental within 1 year. 5. DAMAGES, LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY 1. Renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. 2. Renter agrees to pay repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment. 3. Green Pastures Funyard is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during the rental period. 4. Renter assumes all risk and liability for the use of rented equipment. 6. INDEMNIFICATION Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Pastures Funyard, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from use of the rented equipment, including attorney’s fees. 7.
